Alright, so these are the nuts and bolts of how we work together. Think of these 'Terms & Conditions' as the clear ground rules for any project we do with you. We've tried to keep them simple and fair, laying out what you can expect from us and what we'll need from you. If anything in here seems a bit murky, just give us a shout – we're happy to explain.
1. Who We Are
We are Bold Street Minds, a marketing and consumer psychology consultancy based right here at 50-52 Bold St, Liverpool L1 4EA, UK. We help UK businesses understand their customers better using real data. You can always get in touch with us on +44 151 496 0117 or by email at
[email protected].
2. Our Services
When you agree to work with us, we'll provide the specific services detailed in your project proposal or agreement. This usually involves looking at your business data, digging into customer behaviour, and giving you practical, data-backed advice for your marketing and strategy. We'll always make sure you know exactly what's included before we get started.3. What We Need From You
For us to do our best work, we need your help. This means you'll give us access to the information and data we ask for when we need it. We'll also need you to make decisions and provide feedback promptly so we can keep the project moving along smoothly. We rely on you being honest and open with us about your business.4. How Payments Work
Our fees will be clearly set out in your project proposal. For bigger projects, we might ask for a deposit upfront. All invoices need to be paid within 14 days of you receiving them, unless we've agreed on different terms. All prices are in British Pounds (£). If payments are late, we might add a small charge, as allowed by UK law, to cover our extra costs.5. Keeping Things Private (Confidentiality)
We promise to keep all your business information private. We won't share it with anyone outside of Bold Street Minds, unless you give us the nod or if the law absolutely requires us to. We expect you to keep any of our proprietary information, methods, or internal workings confidential too.6. Who Owns the Work
Once you've paid us in full, the specific advice, reports, and strategies we create for your project become yours to use for your business. You can use them as you see fit. However, the general methods, tools, and deep knowledge we use to do our work (like our unique research techniques or consultancy processes) still belong to Bold Street Minds.7. Our Responsibility (and What We Can't Guarantee)
We always do our level best to provide solid, data-backed advice. But let's be realistic, business results can swing on lots of things outside our control. We can't promise specific sales figures, profits, or an exact outcome from our advice. Our responsibility to you for any mistakes or issues is limited to the fees you've paid us for that particular project. We're here to give you the best possible guidance, not guarantee the future.8. Ending Our Agreement
Either you or we can end a project if the other side seriously breaks these terms and doesn't fix it within 14 days of being asked in writing. If you decide to cancel a project early without a good reason, you might still need to pay for the work done up to that point. We'll always discuss this fairly if it ever happens.9. Sorting Out Problems
If you're ever not happy with our work, please tell us straight away. We really want to put things right. We'll always try to resolve any disagreements informally first. If we can't, we'd usually look at mediation to keep things friendly and practical, rather than jumping straight into anything more formal.10. The Legal Stuff
These terms and our relationship with you are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If there's ever a major legal disagreement that we can't sort out between us, it will be handled by the courts in England.
